Directors' Biography

Sasha Wortzel is an award-winning filmmaker and artist from Florida, based in NYC. Her work explores erased or overlooked histories of these regions. Her films have screened at MoMA DocFortnight, CPH:DOX, True/False, DOC NYC, and the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
