In a village near Albania’s southern border with Greece, a group of women from the Greek minority in Albania, keep their tradition of polyphonic singing alive. Through field recordings, conversations, transcription and performances, artists Klodiana Millona and Endi Tupja explore how music is interwoven with place, migration, and identity. As voices overlap, so do personal histories, revealing the shifting nature of belonging and cultural memory.
Klodiana Millona (AL/NL) is a spatial and visual practitioner exploring invisible architectures, spatial justice and geographies of resistance . Endi Tupja (AL/GER) is an artist and filmmaker focusing on memory and identity through video, performative writing and micro-biographies.
