The Prison in Twelve Landscapes explores the hidden reach of the U.S. prison system without ever showing a prison. Through twelve vivid settings—from women fighting wildfires in California to prison-bound goods in the Bronx—the film reveals how incarceration shapes lives and landscapes across America.
